2. API Usage, Keys & Fair Use

LMCProtocol grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to query local business telemetry in accordance with your subscription plan quota:

API Key Security: You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not embed live keys in public repositories or client-side frontends.
Fair Use & Rate Limits: You agree to respect the concurrency and monthly lookup quotas of your plan tier. Attempting to bypass limits with unauthorized proxy clusters may result in API key revocation.
Prohibited Use: You may not use LMCProtocol for unlawful harassment, sending deceptive spam in violation of CAN-SPAM / PECR, denial-of-service attacks, or attempting Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) against private networks.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations
