Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Last Updated: August 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using LMCProtocol.com ("Service") or integrating our REST API, Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, or SDKs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our platform.
2. API Usage, Keys & Fair Use
LMCProtocol grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to query local business telemetry in accordance with your subscription plan quota:
- API Key Security: You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not embed live keys in public repositories or client-side frontends.
- Fair Use & Rate Limits: You agree to respect the concurrency and monthly lookup quotas of your plan tier. Attempting to bypass limits with unauthorized proxy clusters may result in API key revocation.
- Prohibited Use: You may not use LMCProtocol for unlawful harassment, sending deceptive spam in violation of CAN-SPAM / PECR, denial-of-service attacks, or attempting Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) against private networks.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellations
Paid plans (Builder at $29/mo, Growth at $79/mo, Scale at $199/mo) are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. Autonomous AI agent micro-calls ($0.005/lookup) are settled via Subcent402 L402 protocols.
- Self-Serve Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 1 click via your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.
- Refunds: We provide 50 free lookups to evaluate diagnostic vectors before purchasing. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once quota has been utilized, except where mandated by applicable consumer law.
4. Service Availability & SLA
We target 99.9% uptime across our REST API and MCP edge servers. LMCProtocol relies on public domain availability; we do not warrant that 100% of target domains will return full metadata if a website is offline, domain expired, or actively blocking automated HTTP inspection.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMCProtocol.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or automated email campaigns executed with our data.
6. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For any commercial or legal questions:
